Classic Dundee Wine Tasting
Our Classic Wine Tasting focuses specifically on our highly acclaimed and limited production wines, comparing our estate-grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir side by side in an intimate and informative setting. This experience lasts approximately 90 minutes, and reservations are limited to six guests. $40/person, complimentary for Wine Club Members.
Elevated Wine Tasting & Chef’s Wine Pairings
Our Elevated Pairing includes the same level of wines and attention to detail as the Classic Tasting paired with a selection of seasonal offerings curated by our Chef, Jason Fritz. This experience lasts approximately 90 minutes and reservations are limited to six guests. $80/person, $40 for Wine Club Members. Open Claim will contact you for deposit payment.

Open Claim Vineyards’ Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs are the result of distinctive terroir, thoughtful farming, and meticulous winemaking. With each new release, we’re proud to share something beautiful and meaningful with the world.
Because we favor quality over quantity, we only produce a small number of cases of the best wine possible. To guarantee access to our wines, we recommend joining our wine club, the Vintage Collection Circle. Collectors receive a priority allocation of new wines upon release and access to older vintages. Depending on availability, our current releases may also be acquired throughout the year.
Our Winemaker, Tony Rynders
Tony Rynders, Open Claim's acclaimed winemaker, found his calling during a single, transformative vineyard summer. Following this inspiration, he earned a master's degree in enology and viticulture from UC Davis, further refining his skills in Napa, Northern Italy, Australia, and Tuscany.
Drawn to the burgeoning Northwest Pinot Noir scene, he excelled as assistant and head winemaker at Argyle Winery and Hogue Cellars before achieving international recognition at Domaine Serene. There, he garnered more 90+ Wine Spectator scores than any contemporary, solidifying his status as one of America's most celebrated winemakers.
Instrumental in establishing the Willamette Valley's global reputation for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, Tony began consulting in 2008, lending his expertise to select projects, including Open Claim, where his talent and vision continue to shine.
